"Is That Yours?" : The Crew
Shawn Morin : Director of Photography
Hailing from the Great White North, Shawn is a scholar of film, music, and electronics. He hopes one day to combine them in an artistic scheme of world domination. Or at least to eke out a mediocre living with them. He enjoys science, deep thought, and Hawaiian pizza.
Nick Blanchette : Editor, Songwriter
Nick Blanchette has been editing things since the day he was born with a Mac on his lap. Yes, his mother had a C section. Nick started his career working for the WINDS of New England as a news videographer and editor. That's right, WNDS-TV 50! The tv station with crazy weather man Al Kaprilian. Yes, he's really like that.
After moving to Boston in 2001, Nick has slowly made a career for himself as a freelance editor for clients such as Boston Market, Netgear and many others.
Nick has also made a career as a singer/songwriter. He's written songs for various projects, especially with 20 American Dollars' short film "Big Talking Heads". He likes the funny, and continues to write hilarious little ditties, as well as some serious songs.
Currently Nick is happy to say that, "I'm constantly learning and constantly getting better at what I do". So you can expect anything he touches as an editor will be better than his previous venture. When watching his work, you can tell that his passion is what drives him.
David Gonzalez : Film Scorer
David Gonzalez started playing piano at age 8. He never liked to practice much, as his parents can attest to, however, he enjoyed arranging his "assignments" into new compositions and gradually started writing his own compositions. When he saw "Star Wars," his life's path was set to write music for film. Mesmerized by the way the different themes interacted with each other, David started to write music from stories he'd read for school.
At Boston College High School, he learned the trombone and was the first person ever to write for their concert band, the high school's largest ensemble. He did this twice, in his junior and senior years. In those years, Berklee College of Music was his goal, as they had the only film scoring degree programs in the country; luckily it was located in his backyard in Boston.
During his years at Berklee, he met the worlds best musicians. This exposed him to new genres of music from all over the world. It allowed him to grow as a writer and experience new musical journeys, writing for bands, orchestras, choir, chamber groups, synthesizers, and combining all of those groups.
Todd Michael Hall : Script Supervisor / Production Assistant
Todd works in professional theatre customer service by day and is a treadmill walker by night. He holds a BA in Theatre and English from the University of Vermont. You might have known him as his former self; in some ways he is half the man he used to be, in others he is twice.
Kat Vachon: Crime Fighter
By day, Kat travels around the Metro-Boston area on her rocket-powered scooter while fighting crime. At night she makes soup. We're fortunate enough to have her on weekends, acting as our go-to-it gal, doing things from props gathering to running slate, taking timecode notes, doing continuity...etc. Thanks, Kat!
Jeremy Wahlman : Assistant Director

Jeremy doesn't have a full-time job. He is currently working on a solution to Fermat's penultimate theorem.
He wants to change his name to Lawrence and move to Arabia, so he can be Lawrence of Arabia.
No, wait. It would be Madagascar. Madagascar of Arabia.
